Hey all, I'm comparing 2 AGS 000 diamonds to 2 GIA non branded diamonds, and wanted to know which one you would pick out of the 2 AGS options. ASET on the way for the first, so just initial impressions until it comes in/ answers to any of the questions I posted, or anything else you notice!! lol.
Here is the first:

Here is what JA Gemologist had to say about the stone: Diamond #197300 (PRI 1.64 E VS1) is a very, very white and lovely diamond. The light performance is amazing and evenly spread. This is a very symmetrical stone with a beautiful cut. It is slightly smaller than the other two stones, but it will not be noticeable to the naked eye. The table is very small, so it creates a lot of brilliance and light. There are no visible inclusions.
What I like about it: Love the cut/color/only 1 small inclusion area on the perimeter/rare cut/rare sized table??
What I don't like: The spread seems smallish for a diamond this size and its at the VERY top of what Id like to pay ($15,610 with PS discount)
Question 1: Is it rare to find a diamond with a table this size and what advantage, if any, does that provide?
Question 2: Can anyone tell me what the HCA score is for this stone, and what does it mean?
Here is the second diamond:

Don't know much about this diamond, but here is what I like: Bigger spread at lower ct weight, $600 cheaper. light performance images provided.
What im cautious of: The G color.
Question 1: Are the ACA's really better than other AGS Triple Ideal cut diamonds when comparing light performance etc.
Question 2: Can anyone tell me the HCA score for this stone, and what does it mean?
And finally......WHICH ONE WOULD YOU CHOOSE AND WHY?
Thanks guys!! (hope to post the ASET for the first and the other 2 GIA non branded diamonds as soon as the info comes back and hopefully come to a decision.)
