AGS SI-1 with feathers on pavillion

I"m looking at an AGS diamond (AGS 104056221005) that has what looks like 10-15 feathers, one or more on each facet of the pavilion. Is this still SI-1 quality? Would this be considered eye clean. Would it affect the integrity and longevity of the diamond.
