AGS Report Error?

When I try to enter the stone''s report number and weight, I receive this message:

please contact a client service representative at
(702) xxxxxxx

What is that supposed to mean?! I''m going to call tomorrow morning, but I won''t be able to sleep well if I don''t figure it out now. Thanks

Can you enter the report and weight so we can try it Loki?

Do not worry too much. It is probably a case where the report-data are not yet available in the online-database.

Thanks for the help. I wrote an email last night and here is the response I received this morning:

"We apologize that this report cannot be verified on line because of a computer problem at the time the document was printed."

AGS did verify that it was a legitimate diamond. Phew...

Thanks for the help. I wrote an email last night and here is the response I received this morning:

AGS did verify that it was a legitimate diamond. Phew...
