ags report check not working

hi all, i am trying to check an ags report on their site. I have tried everything but it cannot find that report or any other report i plug in. Has anyone else had trouble with this feature. The gia report check works wonderfully always. I needed to check this ags report becuase the seller scanned the original document only partially, leaving out the symmetry and polish details out of their scan. Ok, lets see what ur experiences have been with this???

I have had no trouble with the AGS report search. Are you putting in the x.xxx ct weight of the stone? If you don't go out that many decimal points, you won't be able to pull up the report.

Nope, nothing wrong with AGS reportcheck. Works fine with me, you need to input the exact weight of the stone to 3 decimal places for it to work as the previous poster has noted.

Yes I too have had that trouble recently. There is an email address on that page that you can send your request to which is what I did. I received a prompt reply the next day from ags labs verifying the stone in question. Good Luck!
