AGS Cut Grade: *** ???

Why did AGS give this Whiteflash ACA a cut grade of *** ?

Shouldn't the cut grade be "AGS Ideal 0" like the in report in the bottom pic?
Is *** a typo?

... and no, I'm not considering buying a 2 ct D IF.
