AGS certificate--can you find it by number online?

Is there a website that you can enter an ags number in and look up the certificate ? My copy is quite blurred and I was wondering if I could see a clearer certificate somewhere on the internet.

Unfortunately I don't believe that you can get the AGS cert on line. I tried a few months ago for a stone that I was considering that there was no web access then.
