AGS Cert Old?

The diamond I am looking at is rated by AGS but the cert is back in 2003...is this a concern?????

I think this page in the tutorial on this board does a pretty good job giving you the background on this.

I''d use the info on the cert to plug it into the HCA (top right under tools...also referenced on that tutorial page), to see if there''s a good likelihood it would make either AGS0 standards today...or HCA 0 - 2 standards now.
