AGS 0.6/3.6 vs GIA verygood/excellent , need expert opinion!!

When I plug in a GIA excellent cutting diamond in the Holloway cutting formula, the AGS score is 3.6.

Another diamond with GIA very good cutting in the Holloway formula, the AGS score is 0.6.

Which one is more likely to sparkle and have fire?
