AGS 0/0/0, 1.45 H SI1 - Feedback needed. Thanks!

Hi,

My mom is looking to buy a round brilliant. She found an AGS certified 1.45ct H SI1 diamond on goodoldgold(link below). It's priced considerably higher than others diamond of similar cut/color/clarity and at a premium to the rapaport report.

I have learnt from this site that GOG picks good stones and does a lot of in-house testing. However, wanted to get your thoughts on this stone and price. Is the cut/AGS rating worth the premium? Thank you for your help!

Nice ideal proportions but the Hearts and Arrows does carry a bit of a premium yet its an eye clean H/SI1 stone at 1.45 overall a good buy I think. I would look for something with medium florescence.
