Aly this nurse is stirring the pot. Tell her to NOT mention your name EVER to this guy. File a complaint against him and keep track of every text, voicemail, ever, any harrassment at all. If the nurse continues to get involved, file a complaint against her as well.

Okay firstly, this girl is a McDramaQueen. STEER CLEAR OF HER, TOO! And most definitely file a report, preferably before this guy's BS hits the fan for round two and it just looks like you're being vindictive because he got his panties in a twist. I know from your other posts that you're not the aggressive type and would prefer to just have the drama disappear entirely, but this is your LIFE and your CAREER we're talking about here. You've worked hard, and you don't deserve some douche sweeping in to crap all over that, you know? Nip it in the bud before it escalates further, hon.

File a complaint. Aside from the fact that he's a bullying psychotic who's probably not going to see reason, he's not a competent physician. Think of it as Honor Code: you're not just looking out for yourself, but for future patients and colleagues.
