FFI is 12 years 361 days old than me....

No matter what....I still look like the MUCH younger woman.....although it has its drawbacks...one place we went to thought I was his daughter...

Although it was saturday morning and I was not wearing makeup.

DH is 11 years older than me. We met the summer I turned 19 and were married when I was 22 1/2. Sometimes the age difference can show, but we''re on pretty equal footing most of the time.

My husband is also 9 years younger than I am. We''ve been together almost 16 years. We met at a business appointment.
He thought I was the same age as he was. Everyone who knows us thinks we''re the same age.

He''d have taken his time with the whole getting married thing except for the fact that the older I get the lower my chances are to have children. As it stands he wants 2 kids and we''re going to be crossing over into the super low percentage zone before we''ll even get to the second one if at all.

Somehowcollide, DH and I get that a lot too. I almost got carded buying DH cough medicine last week at the grocery store. I glared at the woman when she started to ask for ID though and she didn't press. Everyone says that I'll like this someday, but it's really annoying right now.


Anchor, I can't get over how beautiful you look in your new avatar! I do a double take every time I read one of your posts now since I was so used to your old avi.

We plan on having children soon after we are married and our friends and family always joke that people will look at us and "tsk" with the assumption that it was a teen pregnancy(!!) It does get to be quite frustrating and is particularly deflating in the workplace (hard to earn respect). But it will all pay off when we are given the prestigious "MILF" title, no?

My honey is nine years older than me too. We met 25/34. I was kinda offended when he told me he was 34. I thought he was lying because honestly he looked my age. Ha-ha, you should see us now
