Affirmation Sought on Final Selection

I have been reading these forums for several months now, and I believe I have finally decided on the stone I would like to buy. Can everyone please give me opinions on it and / or any reasons *not* to buy it? I had originally been looking a G/VS1 stones, but this one seems like a keeper to me. Thanks!
