Adzia does it again! My spessartite garnet.

I have posted this in Colored Stones for all my homey's there, but you folks deserve a peek too!

This is a 3.11 carat, 8.2mm Loliondo spessartite, cut into modified antique cushion cut by Jeff White. The mounting is a custom designed 18k yellow gold swirly mounting by Adzia at Adzia's Jewelry Atelier. I've used her several times before, and again, she exceeded my dreams!

Thank you so much for the compliments. As soon as it gets back from having the prongs refined, I'll give you handshots.

The stone is truly a glowing ember! And I'm so happy with how the mounting turned out! The swirls are very distinctive and the shank is wide enough to look appropriate on a 50 yr old woman's hand, while still maintaining a delicate, feminine feel.

I somehow missed this, but the stone is beautiful and the setting is just outstanding!!! Is this the same person that made your avatar ring? I need to think of something for them to make for me!

The thought came to mind that I'd love a standalone band made like that shank, and sure enough, she makes them!
