Advise on buying a Pear Shaped Diamond

Help I am trying to help my son find his wonderful girl a diamond. She loves pear shaped diamonds but also says she does not want a diamond with alot of sparkle. I suggested an Emerald cut but she does not like them. If any one has any suggestions I would appreciate your ideas.
