Advise for setting of a 5 stone ring???

Hi, my partner & i have recently purchased some diamonds (round brilliant) to design our engegment ring. Sizes as follows;
- centre diamond .78ct VS2 D
- 2 x .3ct S1 E
- 2 x .2ct S1 E

I prefer an 18ct yellow gold band but thinking white gold for the setting.

Someone suggested we have them all tension set as allows for more "sparkle".

Is this possible as I have only seen a centre stone tension set. Is there a way to combine settings?

All suggestions appreciated.

I don't think tension set or prong set affect the sparkle since the reflected light is coming from the top not the sides.

What might help is a photo taken with the stones all lined up. It's hard to imagine the proportions by just the numbers, well, for me anyway.
