Hi All,

This is one of several posts on this forum and the responses have been incredibly helpful thus far.

I am considering a 1.30 E VS1, with an HCA score of 1.7.

It appears to be a 60/60 diamond. I would like your thoughts on whether the diamond is too shallow / spread too wide, which will affect light performance, notwithstanding the HCA score as an indicative guide. Information below.

Unfortunately no Idealscope / ASET images available yet.

GIA Triple Excellent
7.09 x 7.11 x 4.26
Depth: 60.0%
Table: 60.0%
Crown Angle: 33.5 deg
Crown Height: 13.5%
Pavilion Angle: 41.0 deg
Pavilion Depth: 43.5%
Star Length: 50%
Lower Half: 75%
Girdle: Medium Thickness

It will favor white light over colored light and not have as much fire as a stone with a higher crown. But for a 60/60 the stats are solid.

Is there a reason you are going for such high color and clarity?

Something like this might be a nice option as well:
