Advice please! Vendor non responding!

Hi!

My boyfriend and I have been searching for a stone and setting for a couple of months now. I fell in love with an emerald cut three stone setting and I think I finally found the one. My boyfriend exchanged a few emails with the vendor but the vendor stopped responding. My boyfriend then called and left a message and still no response. Should I just move on with my search? I'm sorry if this a dumb question, I just really don't know the protocol.

Ditto this, when did he contact them? Emails are often a slower form of communication than calling, and if you called in the last week or even before the holidays, they may be closed or just slammed and not able to respond right away.
