advice please diamonds for studs

Here are some choices I''ve been given in my quest for studs.

Ok, of the three WF sets, I'd say go with the F's. Personally though, I wouldn't go that high in color. I've had 2 sets of ACA's, from F to H, and I couldn't see a difference, and I can be kinda picky.

(would have gone lower, but none in my size range)

So having said that, if I were picking a pair for myself, it would either be the pair Ira found, or the pair I suggested (since you did pick lower colors from BN) If the clarity is bothering you, just ask WF if they're eyeclean. If they are, well, there's nothing to see!

Seriously, one of my studs is an SI1 and I can't even find the inclusions with a loupe.

One other note about Ira's, don't let two different colors be a factor, both my sets have had two different, and I didn't/don't know which is which!

I see no reason to go with the BN ones, as you've got enough possiblities with WF, plus we just don't have any idea how they really look. (and I read in your other post they only have screw back, which you didn't want. I've had both, and much prefer the push ons)

I think the last pair of BN studs had depths of 63.5 or the like, so, no, there. But I must confess; I would get J'' s or K''s for my ears and neck and save the D/E/F''s for my hand. Clearly that is my personal preference, only. You cannot go wrong with ACA''s they are a certain bet for cut and hence, sparkle.

Yeah, and there was at least one pair with a bad angle, but didn''t feel like typing it all out. Yes, I''m getting lazy.

But no performance info was still the biggest reason.

Thank you guys for holding my hand through this. I really do feel nervous--I''d like these to be nice.

I spoke to Katie again this morning and she had some other suggestions. And I did ask her to look at Js and even SI2s!
She said she would check adn make sure they were eyeclean and from what you have said, I would trust her.

I do think I am leaning towards bigger. I know 1.5 carats would look very nice, but I think 2.0 might look nicer on me. I''ve only had CZs before (except for my baby .10 pair that my husband got me when we were married) and I always tended to think that the larger ones looked better on me. I''m short (5''3) and I''m not a big person, but I tend to be kind of busty and I have a big round face, and big hair and tiny little classy things tend to be invisible on me.

Those are nice stones, but I wonder if the diameter difference is too much? I know it would be for me, but I also admit I am extremely size sensitive!


BJ, I understand being nervous, but trust me, these ACA''s are the cream of the crop. They will definitely "be nice".
