Hi,
I'm down to selecting this stone for an engagement ring. It is a 0.37 H color VS2 GIA 3EX stone from James Allen. I selected this stone because it was within my budget and that it has a HCA score of 1.0.

My concern is that although James Allen has a return policy, it would need some significant effort and money for me to get it shipped back to them for a return because I am located very far from USA. I am hoping to avoid having to return the stone and I hope your comments can help me make the decision.
I've attached the IS image for this stone. Would this be a typical IS image for an GIA excellent cut stone? Does it show any more black/dark spots than a typical excellent cut stone? I am looking for a stone with excellent light return and fire.
Also, any major concerns for the clarity characteristics? Will these type of inclusions affect light return?
Many thanks!
