Advice on this princess cut

First post here. Been lurking on the forums for some time now and appreciate all the advice and resources available on this site. Very close to buying this stone with specs as follows. 1.30ct F SI1. $7500 is the asking price. Unfortunately I don't have pictures of it, like you'd see on James Allen, as I am buying from an independent jeweler. I have looked at it under a 10x loupe and personally cannot spot the inclusions (I have spotted on other stones). The link for GIA cert is posted below. My question is based solely off the GIA cert/diagram, would there be any red flags or concerns that this diamond may not be "eye clean". I can attest that it is and extremely firey stone as it stood out to me right away (compared it side by side with a 1.30 F VS2 and a 1.40 G VS1 which both did not catch my eye as much). Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Google search "gia 5186804131" and you'll see a link that Enchanted Diamonds had listed:
https://enchanteddiamonds.com/diamonds/view/Princess/GIA-Certified-1,3-Carat-F-Color-SI1-Clarity-Diamond-J2N85F

They gave it a 96.9 cut score which, although is their own internal rating system (take with grain of salt), is pretty good.

If you view the cached version of the page, the price they had listed was $6,850 cash/$7,096 credit:

Princesses really need to be judged in person (or with an Idealscope/ASET) so if you've seen it in person and it looks nice, it sounds like a nice stone. Knowing the price through a PS vendor was $650 less, maybe you could negotiate a bit off your dealer's asking price? There's a premium for in person brick and mortar stores so if the price isn't flexible don't be surprised.

Oh wow, nice find. And that appears to be an actual photo of the stone as well. With that photo I can see the inclusions. Any red flags that those might be seen with the naked eye? Also I know that cut score is an in house rating from enchanted diamonds, but how respectable is a Cut score of 96.9 from them? Thanks!

Anymore input guys would be appreciated

In answer to your initial question about eye-clean status, my guess from looking at the cert plot is that it would be. Even though the inclusions are located under the table, they are primarily cloud type features which tend to be more difficult to see unless they are particularly dense. The crystals plotted are very small.

If you are interested in learning more about cut quality of princess, since GIA does not yet grade it, you may find this article in the pricescope knowledge base to be helpful:

Good article. Thank you. So in regards to numbers alone, depth%/table%/crown height, this stone should achieve a 0 in light performance if graded by AGS. Is that correct? Thanks!

The GIA report measurements don't rule it out as a potential candidate. However, to say that it 'should' achieve 0 in light performance is not warranted simply because the available data is insufficient.

As the article explains "light performance is most influenced by the cutting of the pavilion. While the two sets of pavilion mains form the basis of the princess cut, the angles and azimuths of the tiers of chevron facets on the pavilion can “make or break” its light performance"

The problem with GIA reporting on princess cuts is that there is no overall cut grade given, and there is not enough data on the report to predict much at all about light performance.

I guess I just want to make certain I'm getting a quality stone. Where would this stone fall on that chart? Sorry for the newbie questions. Thanks again guys.

Class 1B (1A being the highest)

It falls under the 1B category on that chart. Actual light performance could be better or worse than suggested by the chart. Only the table and depth percentage are available on a GIA report.
