I was hoping someone could offer some advice on the inclusions in this stone and whether this seems like a fairly average SI1. There are a number of inclusions, but is this better than just one larger one? All in all, the specs on this stone are great (HCA = 1.3), so I think it''s a good contender. I just want to make sure I''m not paying SI1 cost for SI2 appearance.

There are a lot of marked inclusions on the plot, but they must be very light in relief to have gotten a SI1 grade. You likely won''t see any of them with your eye, but they might very slightly alter the effectiveness of light transmission. You probably would not notice this visually. I''d ask for clarification from the seller about the degree of "eye-visibility" of the flaws and be sure you can have a look-see without absolutely buying the stone, sight unseen.
