Advice on stone GIA good but HCA very good

I'm looking at a ring, and considering organizing to look at it in person, but the cut is 'good'. I was hoping that you all could look at the GIA report and give me your thoughts... how much it might be worth, etc.

Numbers are on the shallow side, need to be inspected to verify that it is not too dark.

This is one of the bigger ones I found in your budget, PS discount will bring the price down a little.
