Advice on inclusions

Ok, for those of you who helped steer me away from the "mind-clean" F - VVS2 from my last post, thank you. I have found a stone that in my opinion looks even better than that one. I only have two qualms. One is the age of the GIA report although my dealer says this stone has been in the safe since the report (2 years) and I trust him. The other issue is the amount of inclusions on the reference diagram (link below).

I cannot see any of these inclusions with the naked eye and can only see a few of them under the loupe. Should I be concerned?

Can I get some opinions on the stone itself?

It's a 1.52 G VS1
Cut: Excellent
Polish: Excellent
Symmetry: Very Good
Fluorescence: Faint
Table: 55%
Crown: 35
Pav: 40.8
Depth: 62.1
Medium - Slightly Thick Girdle
Measurements 7.35 - 7.39 x 4.58mm

Do you think $12,500 is a fair price for this stone?

No problem with VS1, as you already said it, you can''t see anything with your naked eyes.

If you are still worried, get it check out by an independent appraiser.

GIA Reference Diagram

There shouldn't * usually* be an issue with VS1 inclusions, can't tell by the plotting diagram but if you are worried ask an appraiser to take a look for you. The age of the report should not be an issue, especially if the dealer says this diamond isn't a trade in.

The diamond looks promising, if you could get hold of an Idealscope that would be useful, other than that check it out away from any store lights if you can to see how it looks.

Price - I take it the diamond is for sale with a jewellery store, the price looks fine to me.
