Advice on Cushion Cuts

This is my first time posting here and was wondering what you all could relate to me about your thoughts on these two diamonds...

JA is a trusted vendor who will provide Idealscope pictures to help assess light leakage on the cushion. I am not familiar with the eBay vendor and not only that, the EGL cert is not EGL USA meaning that the stone might not be graded as H VS2 if submitted for grading at a more stringent lab like GIA.

Cushions need to be seen to be judged. Personally, I would never buy any other cert except for GIA, but again, it''s personal preference. My other concern with the Ebay stone is that perhaps it was refinished or retouched.

Your best bet in your cushion hunt is to make a trip out to Long Island to GOG or to NYC to visit Mark at ERD. I worked with Mark and he selected a few amazing stones. We ended up choosing just one, but I liked all three!

I know nothing about the Ebay vendor, the JA cushion might have potential, ask them for an Idealscope image if you are interested.
