Hi Everyone! Fairly new to this site and have read a ton of great info out there and saw some pics of beautiful diamonds. I have found an antique cushion that looks good but the depth is only 40%. Can anyone offer any feedback on this stone, given its dimensions? It has a nice spread, but I am concerned about how shallow it is. There was a picture of it and it looks good to me. But I am new to the old cuts so any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!

Ask Adam for a head on pic and a video.

I believe Adam at OWD would be able to provide you with more information - old cuts are not like the modern precision cuts and we would need more pictures and a video to determine anything. However, Adam would be your best judge of performance. He has a treasure trove of diamonds not listed, according to previous PS posters so definitely get in touch!

Thanks so much. I will ask him for more pics and video. I wonder who is the best vendor to go to for a vintage setting for the diamond?
