Advice on 1.85ct RB Si2

Looking at a stone that is GIA triple EX, F color, Scores 0.7 HCA, and 1B on the cut advisor....I havent seen the stone in person yet but would like to hear some advice on the Si2 clarity before I take the long ride...below is the diagram...

Also any advice on fair price for this stone would be greatly appreciated...

For that size, probably not eye-clean for that clarity range, depending on your definition of eye-clean, but it can still be, no way to tell with just a inclusion map.
