Adaptive pants, help please

Does anyone have an idea of pants that are easy to use for a man in a hospital bed using a urinal? We tried getting lounge pants and cutting down the center to make a flap that velcros closed. It interferes with the urinal. I see back flap pants, but can't find something like a big front flap that can open to accommodate the urinal. Also have to keep pressure off the ostomy and bag...

Would appreciate any tips or advice on how to help him be comfortable and keep as much dignity as possible!

That first one looks close. Not sure it opens enough to let him easily use the urinal, but might be worth a try. Maybe cut and Velcro longer if needed?

That might be perfect for much of the time. That would mean no more baggy potty pad type diaper dropping off while walking through the house to build strength.
