Acorn Peridot

I bought this stone last year but just haven't got around to posting its own thread. I finally gave it its own photo shoot this week.

It was cut by Doug at Bespoke. It is an acorn cut 1.15 ct untreated peridot from Pakistan with a 5mm diameter and 5.5mm depth.

I have plans to prong set it as part of a stacking ring project, but I have to save up to buy a ruby first. So it will probably sit for a while in its little box.

I like it! It should make a beautiful ring or pendant. It is almost too pretty to set, you know?
