Access to Rapnet?

Does anyone here know how to find a diamond on Rapnet? I found a stone on Etsy but it's a brand-new seller in India. Their photos all list the same Rapnet number. Is this a form of deception? (i.e. lab diamond?) I don't believe there are any grading report with their diamonds, and the language barrier seems high at first response.
It's a brownish diamond with a blended step cut.
