About to Pull the Trigger, Please share opinions

Here are the images for a diamond I am ready to by. The vendor said 99% of jewelers would call the stone hearts & arrows but he says it just misses. Will this stone look differently to the naked eye compared to a true hearts & arrows? The stone has ideal proportions and an HCA score of 1.6.

I personally cannot see the difference between a true H&A and a near H&A with my naked eye as long as the arrows are aligned properly. YMMV. In this case if I'm buying the stone I would have to see it in person to decide whether the slightly wonky arrow at 3 o'clock would bother me.

No, you won't be able to see the difference between a stone like that and a true H&A, in my opinion.
