About to pull the trigger on a pair of WF ACA studs....

Hey all! Long time lurker first time poster. I''m about to purchase a pair of WF ACA studs for my girlfriend and was wondering what you think about them.

Does anyone recommend another pair for around the $3000ish mark? If I could spend less for a comparable pair that would be better! I plan on setting them in white gold martini studs. Christmas is coming up and I know i''m cutting it close, so any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Those sound as though they will be beautiful!

I agree with Skippy! ... You might want them to check to see if they are eyeclean. The AGS report plots show both diamonds having inclusions on the table ... If they cannot be seen, then you are golden but if they can, you may want to reconsider.

I don''t think you will have a problem with the eyecleanliness, especially with that size, you can''t really tell by the plotting diagram of the grading report, or even those hugely magnified pics. Jaime will tell you how they are in truth, and they look great and should make a stunning pair of earrings.

I know they are not ACA and despite the fact that they will be set in a 4 prong screwback style, what''s your opinions on this pair. Thanks again, you guys rock!

btw, Jaime replied back stating that the first pair from WF are indeed eye clean.

Those are very nice, too, but I chose WF because of their upgrade policy. I don''t trust myself to be sure I have chosen stones that I will keep the rest of my life! So if I decide I want larger or higher color, etc., I can trade them in at any time. So I''d stick with the ACA''s, personally.

I agree with DS; I''d prefer the WF stones.

Inclusions under the table aren''t problematic as long as the diamond is eyeclean. I have at least 3 diamonds with table inclusions, but they are all perfectly eyeclean.
