About to make a purchase - 1.12 H SI2

Whoops, I hadn't realized that!

The specs are:
1.12 - H - SI2
Triple X
No Fluorescence
Medium Girdle (faceted)
6.66x6.69x4.16
Table: 54
Depth: 62.3
Crown: 34 degrees
Pavilion: 41 degrees

Obviously the cut is excellent. What makes me a little nervous are the inclusions (on paper). It seems that there is a tiny indented natural, a few crystals/clouds on the corner of the face, etc. They are nearly impossible to see with the naked eye -- and this thing sparkles like crazy... but having those inclusions on paper makes me nervous. Any thoughts?
