I have been searching for this particular setting online... Haven''t been able to find it for a reasonable price (maybe under $3000) to hold a .7-1.0 center stone! Do any of you know where I can find this or about how much a custom would cost?

here''s a beverley k setting from Pearlmans that is not exactly the same, but pretty close, and they will customize for a emerald cut center stone I believe. price is just under 2K in whitegold..
