A Poll For Diamonds! What''s Your Opinion?

Hi Everyone! Thank you to everyone that has responded to my recent threads and gave their opinion on helping me choose a diamond for my engagement ring. Thank you so much! I am very, very grateful I will definitely keep you posted on the one I choose!
Meanwhile, I thought I would create a fun poll and ask you all your opinion which diamond out of these 3 would you choose for your solitaire engagement ring? And *WHY*?
(Since this is my first time using a poll, I am unsure as to whether or not it gives you the space to write anything other than your choice, but if it does, please explain why you would chose that one diamond over the others!)

I voted for the .74 G, SI1 Eyeclean, and here''s why:

IF means nothing to the naked eye. If the SI1 is eyeclean, then it will look virtually the same to you as the IF. So for that much of a size boost - I''d go for the .74.

Ditto! I''m tall with long fingers. Bigger is better for me, as long as it''s eyeclean, not visibly yellow (which would never be a problem with a G) and a really great cut.

Well, my real preference would be the biggest ACA my budget could buy!!! A beautiful cut is what I want to see and wear and once set I would not be able to notice the tiny inclusions or subtle difference in colors.

I am not a size queen by any measure, but I would go for the third stone, specially if it were an ACA.

In the first two stones, you are basically paying a very high premium for things you can''t see.

I voted for the .74 as well. One reason, I know it would go against most PSers, but I''m not a big fan of the H&As. Second reason, I think IF is just too pricey for something you can''t see anyway. There''s the color difference, and I personally own a D, E and F, but in a setting, I don''t think you would notice the G at all, especially in that size. That leaves number 3. The fact it''s bigger, well, that doesn''t hurt either!!!

I agree. My ring is a VS2 but an eyeclean SI1 would be fine with me.

Definetly the .74. My eng. ring is a G color and it''s perfect. I have both D and E stones mounted into pendants and my G is just as beautiful as they are!

FWIW, I would NEVER buy a flawless stone as I think it''s a waste of money!
