It is a matching ring for my bracelet featured earlier. The stone is nicely cut, a tad yellower than the larger stone, but all in all, they make a nice pair. What do you think?

I hope it is obvious that the bezel is symmetrical, it looks unusual in the frontal view because of the shade on one side.
And here is my bracelet, I have posted it here, just for comparison

Now - I shamelessly admit that I love my set, I think that Tan's stones are very nice, and Jill's work is great. So it is totally open to criticism.

I love it!

Oh my goodness gracious! They're both amazingly beautiful!!

Very pretty Crasru but I can't get a sense of perspective. Can you post a photo of you wearing the bracelet and ring please? I'd love to see the set together.

Also, what's the metal? I very much like the hammered finish.

Crasru, great job! Both are so nice & what a neat set. No criticism here!

They're beautiful, I love how fluro the Chrysoberyls look. One of my favourite sets.

I think the ring is a great match. Such lovely chrysoberyls, and unique pieces. You do have very unique taste and I mean that as a high compliment.

Two incredibly dramatic pieces! I loved the bracelet when you first posted photos, and now the ring is a perfect match. Congratulations, Crasru, these are very special. :appl:

i am particularly smitten with the ring: it has design featues that i really like, including but not limited to texture.

OK I shall try to take photos today. The weather is not at its best but this is what we call daylight. As to Jill's metals, I assume she melts 22-ct, 18-ct and lower-ct lemon gold; alltogether it is probably 18 or higher-ct. So the bezel is golden. It is set on hammered blackened silver. Same as the bracelet. I got the idea from a PS-er (was it Aolfe?) whose bracelet was made in a similar type. I honestly do not remember who it was; I hope she reads it and posts her thread here.
