A huge loss...please pray.

If you will, please take a moment to pray for my family. My cousin, Daniel, committed suicide yesterday afternoon. He was only 24 years old...the same age as me. I know I don''''t really "know" any of you yet, but I thought this would be the quickest way to start a prayer chain. Any prayer is a good prayer. Thank you.

Let me just say that Daniel was such a wonderful person. He had a huge heart and he will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him. I know he is in heaven right now, and that is comforting. This is the most difficult thing our family has ever gone through. I sure do look at life a lot differently now. I appreciate my family and fiance and will make it a point to treasure every moment with them. You never know what day will be your last.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your cousin. I tried to pm you, but I couldn''t seem to find the option. I am only 29, and when I was 26, one week after I competed in the Miss Massachusetts/ USA pageant, and was on top of the world, my sweet 22 year old brother killed himself. He was sweet like your cousin sounds, and it rips a terrible hole in your heart. It does get a little easier over time, mostly because you learn to live with it, but you always have such a huge piece of your heart missing. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. Tiffany
