It''s been a little more than a month since I proposed to my girlfriend (and she accepted!) with the stunning diamond I got from Wink at HPD.
It was a long 5 month search for an ideal cut diamond with the ideal flaw (ie blue fluro that gives a pretty blue glow, nothing milky nor oily). And Wink has been completely patient and helpful throughout my entire search process despite the facts I had nothing but questions after questions, and at that point in time, just enquiring, not certain if I would be buying from him. He would provide me the answers that I seek, to the point he said he would gladly pay for the postage of returning the diamond if I did not find the H&A on the CBI diamond crisp and sharp (I''m from Singapore, so postage would cost a little more). But it turned out that there was no need for that.
It was this sincerity, his excellent service and confidence in his products that got me to decide to go ahead with a CBI diamond.
And there were no regrets, when I first saw the diamond I was blew away by the amount of blings it had in all various light conditions. And how the diamond came in such a wonderfully packaged state that it would inspier confidence despite coming from half a globe away. This little gem still marvels me evreytime I look at it.
And my fiancee said she can see all the crisp arrows and the clear blue fluoro in all its light and glory. She''s a very happy woman with the diamond from Wink.
So once again thank you Wink, for your excellent-beyond-words-and-description service, dedication to promoting diamonds at their best and a commitment to your customers which is nothing less than admirable!
Kudos to you Wink!
