a couple of OEC pics

Hi everyone!

technically neither of these are mine but they''re so pretty I wanted to share them. Thanks to everyone who replied to my previous post about a transitional cut ring. The open feather made me nervous so the search resumes. I came across this lovely OEC the past weekend. The center stone is .92 carats, J/K color, SI2. The stone was eye-clean to me. From the side, I can see the warmth, but the stone faces up remarkably white to my eyes. A couple of pics to follow:

this is a 1.23 transitional stone i am/was also considering. i think it''s I/J color, SI2 as well. beautiful ring, but i think it might be too bling-y for me...even though i love it''s life and fire! i''m a social worker and i think i''d feel to self conscious with this ring. makes for great eye candy though

I think both of them are really pretty!

But I think I like the second one more, but then again I do like the antique look...hehe.

Beautiful rings!!! They are both gorgeous, but personally I like #2 the best. Get what you like though, that''s what counts the most!! You need to feel comfortable in your rings!

Okay the first one was very lovely. VERY.

But honey! That' 1.23 is IT, all the way. But what do I know, I'm bling obsessed. You have to feel comfortable.

Just be SURE DSS doesn't set in, and you don't keep thinking about "THE OTHER RING"!

thanks for all your opinions! i''m going to the store after work today to look at them again (and hopefully not get distracted by other rings to add to the mix!). i keep reminding myself that there isn''t a "wrong" decision (although remorse is a possibility ) and that i should just be glad that if this is the biggest decision in my life right now, i''ve got it pretty good! i''ll keep you updated on what i end up with!
