I am from Canada and have read some of the experiences other Canadians have gone through returning and or receiving their sparklies.
I think it would be a great idea for on-line vendors (besides Blue Nile) to give a little bit more info available on-line to their Canadian customers. I think it would demystify the whole process, people would feel more confident, and more transactions would ensue. The "just drive across the border and pick up your diamond" doesn''t work well for everyone- its a big country. I myself am 7 hours from the nearest border.
