A better performing diamond? What about these inclusions?

Ok, so I compared my HCA5.5 with an HCA0.9. The 5.5 is a GIA XXX. I thought the 0.9 sparkled noticeably more under Jewelry Store Lighting, however it was a real tough call looking at these diamonds outside, and in normal lighting conditions. (I must note that under microscope, the diamond looked a lot dirtier - perhaps that's what caused the sparkles or helped brightness? Maybe funky facets helped it??)

I just want to be certain that I'm buying a great looking diamond, so here is the next Diamond I'm looking at. There are no Photos yet, so this is what I'm going off of. How does AGS stack up vs. GIA when it comes to Color and Clarity ratings? Is an AGS H;VS2 the same as a GIA H;VS2, or is AGS a little more lax when it comes to Color/Clarity?

One thing I like about this diamond is that, on paper, it passes AGS, GIA, & HCA.
Do you guys think this has potential to perform better than my original purchase, still within my return window?
Should I be concerned about these inclusions even though it's a VS2? I am awaiting photos.

Thanks. Here's the stats:

This is just based on the paper you are providing here, nothing else.. but yes, I'd take this new diamond over your other diamond. WIll they provide you with photos? an IS? or other details? The ASET looks sweet!

I'm no expert, so don't go by my input - please wait for others far more experienced than I!

This should be a very nice stone. Its an AGS000 and has already been evaluated to have ideal light performance.
AGS is a reputable lab and is on par with GIA. (we tell people to stick with AGS or GIA certed stones).

Please note Not shown: Additional Clouds and Graining. Should I be concerned about this on a VS2?

The comments didn't say that the clarity grade is based on inclusions not shown, so these inclusions are at worst VS1 level or smaller so nothing to worry about.
