Russian antique bangle?

My friend inherited this. It is beautiful. Enamel old cut diamonds. She has no idea of what it is. I am hoping someone has the knowledge and can help? Thanks

Hallmarks a bit hard to read. Are there any others on the piece?
Russian gold assay marks are usually a cartouche with a head facing left - 1896- 1908 and facing right 1908 - 1926. Before the head there is a small symbol for the region/ city and lastly a number for gold assay being “56” for 14kt and “72” for 18kt.
The number 4 could be for the weight in zolotniks which 1 zolotnik equals 4.26 grams.
The B one would assume is a maker mark but the list of Russian goldsmiths doesn’t include just a “B”, however English hallmarks do use letters as a date mark.
The other stamp could be the makers mark but it’s not easy to read.

It is beautiful. Could it be Austrian rather than Russian?

Her Grandmother was Austrian. It was given to her before the war and he said it was Russian. I am trying to help her get the best price for it.
