It's pretty good in terms of light return but is a bit leaky in places.

It's not the greatest quality video...

It looks quite dark head-on, which might just be obstruction from the camera, but it's difficult to tell.

I saw that as well, even when it was laying down.. They are shipping out and I should have it by tomorrow. Hopefully it will look better in person

The red in the ASET indicates light from around the viewer's head being returned to their eyes, so the darkness might be the camera's colour reflecting back, meaning it might work in real life. Hopefully you will be satisfied with it.
