Hey everyone!

I haven't posted here in FOREVER and I don't even know if anyone from way back is still on here, but if you remember me, HI!

I am interested in getting the infamous LOGR Legacy setting and am trying to decide which size to get it in. I was looking back at Cellantani's posts showing off the 8mm setting she had gotten with upgraded diamonds and 18k gold and it was gorgeous, but I feel like it might be too big for my finger. I was more interested in getting a stone to fit it that would be in the 6.5mm-7mm size but it looks like the 7mm Legacy that LOGR offers is slightly different. Here are the links to both so you can see what I mean.

I like the look of the 8mm in the photos, but I'm curious if they look more similar in person than they do in the photos. I know that one has a bezel and one has prongs, but I'm more concerned about the shape of the halo. The 8mm's corners look a little more squared off vs the 7mm. It's only an extra $30 to have them make me a custom one but if the 7mm looks as good in person as the 8mm does (from the photos I've seen) then I'd just get a 7mm stone and go with that one.

So basically, does anyone have both? Or better yet, have you have LOGR custom make you one?

Thank you! <3

Of course we remember you--welcome back!

I like the 8 mm setting much better, but would it be difficult to get a stone that fits exactly in the bezel? For bezel rings I always think of getting the stone first and having the setting made to fit it. (Maybe it's not hard at all, I've just never been through the process so I'm kind if thinking/typing out loud here...)
