For white gold, I've been cleaning with Ammonia-free Mr Clean.

And I just used the tip to rinse in distilled water - HOLY CRAP THIS WORKS!!!!!!! We have hard water and the residue was dullin' my bling. This morning it's holy moly FIRE and SPARKLES again!
