I really need someone honest opinion on Burmese Ruby value?
I have an offer to buy an Burmese Unheated Red Ruby Gia Certified 5.2 carats for $13,000 ($2,500 per carat)
I know the this ruby is not perfect, I am attaching images to check, but also know that Burmese rubies are very valuable specially these over 4 carat and on the top of that this one is untreated whic could ass more value to it, so could you please check the pictures and please let me know your opinion if $13,000 is a good deal or I shoul pass it out, I would live to buy it as investment if the price is a good deal< here are the spec of the stone and also the images and the GIA certificates are included.
