What effect does a 4 main pav. have on a stone as opposed to the 8 main?

What effect does a 4 main pav. have on a stone as opposed to the 8 main?

depends on lower girdle facets or other additional facets, but it could mean bigger but less sparkle. Or it could mean smaller and more LOL There are so many things that go into it....
