3 stone ritani endless love help

I hope I am attaching these photos the right way! I really like the 3 stone endless love collection...pretty much all of them! Hopefully, I have attached at least the round 3 stone ring, but I also like the oval and ascher cut ones as well. Has anyone tried to have a jeweler re-create these looks? They are just too expensive, so I''m trying to figure out what I am going to do. Thanks pricescopers!
