3 stone rings settings?

Hi All,
I''m new to the board!
Do all 3 stone settings come with the side stones already?

I wanted to reset my 3 stone engagement ring and the new setting I was looking at, had the side stones already mounted, but I wanted to have the original stones from my ring instead.

Can anyone recommend a great website too?

Many settings come with the side diamonds. But you can always have a setting custom made. The popular ones here are Leon Mege, Mark Morrell, and Maytal Hannah when you are supplying your own stones.
