3 stone in Rose Gold , Oval + 2 pears

Hi ,
If I use a G well cut Oval center set in rose gold and two pears should I use G color as well with Pear shapes or EF ? to match the color as Pear shapes to my knowledge absorb more color than Ovals ?
Is there any point getting G color in Oval or should I go for J color because will it look the same or similar once set ?

I would try to match the center diamond and would not veer off more than a grade or two.

Does anyone know how many grades lower a rose gold setting and band will reduce a Oval or Pear shape diamond ?
