Hello everyone,

So I am trying to pick out my wedding band and I could use some help.

I have a beautiful ering that was made by this jeweler that is a about a 3 carat cushion cut with 0.75 traps on either side, and paved along the band (halfway around).

I love the shared prong look for the band, but I didn''t want to get something too large...Then that same jeweler ended up giving us a GREAT deal on this 3.5 carat shared prong band..
it came out beautifully, but I''m worried it will be too much with my ering.

I can''t seem to find a good pic of my ering, but I will try to find one...

What do you think? Too much bling?

He also suggested putting a very thin, almost wire thin platinum spacer in between both rings so there won''t be any damage over time. I haven''t tried it on with the spacer yet though..
anyone have any pictures of their 3 stone rings with eternity bands? and with a spacer?

I appreciate the feedback!!

have you seen this wedding ring sets tjread, there are some three stones with diamond wedding bands.

If you love the look then that is all that matters, I used to think it looked "too much" but I now enjoy looking at different variations of wedding sets and who knows I might end up with a three stone with eternity band too someday

Not too much for me

I have a lot of e-ring ( not as big as yours but not too small) paired with a shared eternity and I think it's just right...in fact if I was buying today and had a larger budget, I would go bigger

What a beautiful ring you have!!!! It is so gorgeous...

Well, I have a 5ish CT pear and a 4.5TCW eternity band and together, to me its too much. Not too much bling per se, but just too crowded on my finger. I am not sure about your fingers, but my ring finger is less than 2.25 inches in length, so that means not much space from the base to the first knuckle. It was uncomfortable to wear them together, as it pushed my pear''s tip over the joint, it was pretty in my opinion, but i personally didn''t care for it too much...

That''s the only thing I would suggest for you to think about, the "crowd" factor :)

The spacer is a good idea. He is correct, it will help keep the wear down.

As for the "bling", if you like it, go for it! BTW, the ER is beautiful!

What a beautiful ring you have!

Only you can decide what is too much.

Pretty ring!

Would you have the option of wearing them on different fingers if you did think it was too much together? (Both my ring fingers are the same size, but I know some aren''t.) That might be a good way of having all the bling you want without possibly being overpowering (if you did think it was too much). Love your engagement ring, by the way!
